Dragons Design is a web design company & development company based in Grimsby & Cleethorpes areas, North Lincolnshire. We provide website services for small to medium sized businesses throughout the UK. After working on an ecommerce website for over 5 years and studying the latest in web development techniques, Dragons Design's lead developer - Chris Ward - decided to go it alone and offer hand coded, elegant websites at affordable prices.

Now working closely with other professionals within the graphics and web design industries, Dragons Design has become a team. We are confident in our ability to carry out the high standards of work that is required. Some web design companies will build you a good website and that's it, they literally leave you at the bottom of the pile of over 50 million websites. Coding Philosophy

We believe in coding stylish, clutter free web applications. There's too many ill thought websites on the internet today. It's all well and good having an animated website that people admire on there initial viewing but as soon as the novelty wears off and they realize that more effort was used in the aesthetic look and not the content of the site. They soon navigate away. The content of the website is what keeps customers coming back and helps search engines greatly improve your sites rankings. We only use effects & images to help assist the content of the site, not to take over it. Our main aim is to get your point across in a clean, clear manner and make your website easy to use and an unforgettable experience.

We code using programming languages: XHTML, PHP, Javascript and we use a back end Relational Database Management System(RDMS) called MySQL. This gives us the ability to provide dynamic & database driven features to your users. We code to the standards set out by the World wide Web Consortium(W3C) to ensure that your website will be useable and accessible to the mass majority of internet users.
